Ciao! My name is Federica, Italian teacher for adults and children at Just Speak Italian.
When I moved to London a few years ago, I discovered the wonderful world of teaching Italian to foreigners, and I gained the Certificate in teaching Italian as a foreign language from the Italian Cultural Institute. I also hold a MA in Theatre from the University of Essex. In fact, my background in theatre, alongside my working and travelling experience, gave me the chance to get in contact with people from different cultures and backgrounds, which made me passionate about teaching languages.
I greatly enjoy seeing students develop and improve their Italian skills. I like adapting my approach to meet the needs of individual. That is why my lessons are based on individual lessons plans. I also like adopting creative and interactive learning strategies, as art, play and music to engage students in their language-learning experience. Really looking forward to meeting you!
